Road closure work

Trees are often found on boundaries including property boundaries to roads. If these trees have been allowed to mature and become large (which they often have) then the canopies of such trees often extend significantly over pavements and carriageways. If the trees then require tree management, this will involve dropping and/or lowering pieces of the tree to the ground. Very occasionally, on little used roads this can be done without a road closure, be it full or one-way traffic signals. More often than not these situations call for at least a lane closure with temporary one-way traffic lights.

Much of our work is based in North Leeds which has a high concentration of mature trees and many of these are on or close to roads, so we have considerable experience of working with traffic management companies in order to implement our clients tree management objectives.
