At Leeds Tree Care we believe in a permaculture approach to Woodland Management. Essentially this means keeping the woodland infrastructure broadly intact in terms of root systems and tree canopies when working within it. Therefore we don’t employ large scale conventional clear felling methodologies. We work with what is there extracting timber on a small scale replanting as required and keeping the woodland habitat permanently functioning.
